Our Story

In the year 2020, I decided to create my own shell construction company in the city of Miami, Florida. As a civil engineer graduated from the National Engineering University of Nicaragua, my goal was to deliver high-quality projects in a timely manner. Since then, our firm JC Jerez Services LLC has completed several successful projects in Miami, including a modern colonial home in Cocoplum and a modern beachfront home in Belle Meade. We take pride in our work and strive to provide custom solutions for our clients. Our work team has been constantly growing and we are made up of highly trained and experienced professionals. We are passionate about our work and dedicated to bringing our clients' ideas to life. At JC Jerez Services LLC, our vision is to continue to grow and offer our work throughout South Florida and beyond.
